Pension Contributions: Contribution Schedule
The Pension Fund Custodian (PFC) to our RSA Fund is UBA Pensions Custodian Limited and contributions can be remitted through any UBA branches across the country. Please note that when payments are being made, the name of the depositor should be the Employer name. Kindly note that all contribution cheques must be in favour of “UBA Pensions Custodian/ARM Pension Contribution” and must be paid into the contribution collection account. For remittance please see account details below.

All contribution cheques must be accompanied with hard copy schedule(s), giving a breakdown of Monthly Contributions being remitted, voluntary contribution and Lump sum (if any). A sample remittance schedule is attached ( Download Here) and contains the following information:
- Employer Name
- Period of Contribution
- Employee details – Staff ID, RSA PIN, Surname, Other names,
- Monthly contribution breakdown – Employee, employer and voluntary contribution (VC), if any
Softcopy of the schedule must be sent to both the PFC and PFA

Failure in sending the schedule to the PFA would result in delays in crediting and investing contributions as at when cleared into our custodial account.
